Starting in 2005, in a basement in Belle Plaine, Minnesota, our founder created his quick to be famous sauce and started perfecting his BBQ. Out of a love for insatiably delicious food, friends, great times and the ability of providing a shared affection for great delectables, our founder set out on a mission to provide an experience all would adore. With this dedication, Peak to Valley BBQ was finally born. This endeavor has led to providing the most outstanding rich flavors of slow-cooked and perfectly seasoned meats.
