
Making a Difference Together
At Peak to Valley BBQ, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us. Through volunteer work, charitable contributions, and local partnerships, we are committed to making a positive impact. Dedicated to giving back, we have volunteered and contributed to local Youth Sports Teams, Food Bank of the Rockies, Local Young Entrepreneurs and Non-Profits such as DAWG Nation (an organization assisting weekend warriors recovering from a nasty injury, or serious illness, and grieving families that have lost a loved one. They have served the hockey community with over $4M in donations) and Hands of the Carpenter (a faith-based nonprofit organization uniquely serving working single moms by addressing the often overlooked issue of transportation).
My Story
It was a long journey to get here and I wouldn’t change a thing…Here’s the most important parts of the story:

It began at a young age, the love for the kitchen, the variety of smells, the laughter, the attention to the food and of course the organized chaos. I felt a connection with this and especially the end result. Watching the immense pleasure everyone had while eating a great dish, leading to conversation and bringing people closer together. I knew I would own a restaurant someday!

After a serious injury, one which I was lucky to escape with my life (ask me about it at your next event), I started a career in the corporate world. Never enjoying this much, I continued to host and cook for friends and family (it was an expensive hobby). I began filling my house, yard and the neighborhood with robust, deep and insatiable scents of food and smoke, fulfilling my desire to bring joy to people through the gift I was given; an uncanny ability to serve everyone with great food. This undying quest to make this service my career became more and more abundant with every shindig I hosted.

As time passed, much trial and albeit much error before success, it all started coming together. Then, I suffered another life altering accident, which became a blessing in disguise.
I had the experience of working almost every job in the restaurant world along with catering weddings, graduation parties, team events and more. Now it was time to take the plunge into serving any and every one I could, providing the best BBQ they’ve never had!

This passion, hard work and dedication lead to the founding of Peak to Valley BBQ. I am proud to put every last bit of love, quality and enthusiasm in every dish I am blessed to put on a table. From friends and family to your special event, my promise is I will give everything I have into making your guests as excited for every dish as I am to serve it!
